As a Business Operations Assistant, you will evolve in an international environment, providing general administrative support within the Sales Department and for the Munich office. You will act as an interface between EVS customers in EMEA, the sales representatives of the region, the local offices, and EVS’s headquarters departments such as sales, finance, facility, support, and training for all administrative matters. You will assist the Munich office with various office-related administrative tasks. 

Job Description

Handle administration and documentation for the Sales Department and the Munich office: 

  • Order entry and daily follow-up in our ERP, mainly for the business, mainly for EMEA;
  • CRM data management;
  • Tendering preparation (RFP, Tender response, …);
  • License management to support our customers and support teams on the field;
  • Assistance of the Munich office organization with administrative and logistics tasks;
  • Back-office assistance to support the salespersons;
  • Administrative and day-to-day tasks in their perimeter;
  • Logistics support for organizing internal and external meetings, events, tradeshows, seminars, and travels;
  • Back-up of other Business Operations AssisAssistantsother general office administrative tasks.  


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Attention to detail: Looks for areas where EVS or the process can be improved and provides critical observation of the details of the day-to-day business, orders, invoicing, and operations;
  • Organized: Can handle various tasks in an organized manner;
  • Customer orientation: Pro-active attitude with internal & external customers. 

Technical Skills : 

  • Knowledge of standard systems: Microsoft Office system / Microsoft Dynamics365, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerBI, enterprise resource planning (ERP) toolsets like Dynamics;
  • Can work with Travel booking tools like Concur;
  • Familiar with Microsoft Teams and Outlook agendas, planning, and coordination between units.


  • Is fluent in German and English;
  • French, Spanish, or any other language is a strong plus.
