Scope

As Channel Partner Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for facilitating sales growth of EVS products and solutions via Channel Partners, and for cultivating and maintaining close relationships with them, with a special focus on Systems Integrators. You will deal with complex products and solutions that require top level client relationship skills, and you will emphasize on long lasting relationship strategies such as training, co-marketing, business planning, etc.

Job description

  • Manage the commercial relationship with new and existing Systems Integrators (SI)
  • Facilitate commercial relationship with new and existing Value Added Resellers (VAR), together with local sales territory managers
  • Identify and develop new channel accounts with a view to growing the sales revenue outside the existing pipeline
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the partner accounts including personnel and responsibilities, budgeting, internal politics, products and services offered. and markets covered
  • Communicate essential product, solution and workflow knowledge to partners to facilitate sales
  • Promote EVS Channel Partner Program features / processes
  • Arrange technical product demonstrations and workflow discussions supported by EVS sales, Solutions Architects and product teams
  • Work to develop, contribute and implement channel business plans and strategies
  • Attend EVS and Channel Partner tradeshows, conventions, and workshops
  • Maintain regular meeting reports and sales forecast updates with detailed partner information
  • Meet the objectives as defined by EMEA SVP
  • Execute the global channel strategy in his/her territory, in collaboration with the Global VP Channels, the EMEA SVP and the local Territory Managers
  • Participate and contribute to global events
  • Regionalize global communication
  • Manage channel sales pipeline in coordination with local Territory Managers

Profile

  • Proven experience in Broadcast and Media industry
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience of managing business with System Integrators and Value Added Resellers
  • Experience in direct sales selling complex technical solutions
  • A passionate Customer Focus sales professional with a problem-solving attitude
  • Openness, flexibility, personal responsibility, ability to work in a team and motivation
  • Communicative skills, appreciative conversation skills
  • Autonomous with high degree of flexibility
  • Ability to think ‘outside of the box’
  • Excellent communicator/negotiator with strong presentation skills
  • Very good social skills
  • Fluent in English and any other European language is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within local market
