The Solution Development team is responsible for the development, integration, and required delivery steps to address a limited number of customer needs and build, integrate, and test the right semi-productized solution for such a limited number of customers. Generally, the finalization of the delivery comes in multiple iterations with the customer. A semi-productized solution shall be designed and developed with adherence to the R&D technology stack because these semi-productized solutions are eligible to become part of the core product offering in the future.

To join this team, we are looking for a motivated software DevOps engineer. You are the link between the development team and the operational department. You design the CI/CD and installation processes in our data center, cloud, and customer infrastructure. You also put in place the monitoring of the infrastructure. In close collaboration with the development, security, and support teams, you improve the integration and deployment process to make it easier to use, understand, and reliable.

Job Description

  • Analyze and review solution requirements, and discuss the technical feasibility;

  • Build technical design proposals in collaboration with the product development, development, and support teams;

  • Create or maintain technical documentation;

  • Solve defects reported in the defect tracking system;

  • Identify risks and discuss them with the Quality Control department to build adequate test plans;

  • Make work estimates for the tasks assigned to you;

  • Plan, track and report your daily work and your assigned tasks to your direct manager;

  • Follow the EVS software development process (Source Control Management, Defect Tracking, Coding Rules, Continuous Integration);

  • Identify and propose process improvements.


  • Engineer, Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering or Computer Science (high school or university);

  • Passionate by DevOps.

Technical Skills :

  • Experience in CI/CD, Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, multiple databases, web servers, infrastructure monitoring;

  • Experience with Linux;

  • Experience in web application deployment and monitoring;

  • Experience in continuous integration, service-oriented architecture;

  • Experience in high availability and scalability;

  • knowledge of datacenter and cloud deployment constraints.

The following technical experiences are not mandatory, and will be considered as an asset:

  • Experience with Teamcity;

  • Experience with Kubernetes;

  • Experience with Graphana;

  • Experience in the broadcast industry;

  • Experience in cloud development;

  • Experience in Agile / Scrum development practices.
