According to your preference, this position will be based within one of our European offices (Belgium, France, Germany or Netherlands) or in the United Kingdom.
The mission of the Head of Digital Marketing Strategy (HDMS) will be to put EVS in the driving seat of digital marketing transformation turning EVS marketing from traditional event oriented towards digital customer-centric and digital organization to support the company's long-term business strategy over a period of 2 years.
Your mission will be articulated around the following objectives:
In terms of structure and Management support, the HDMS is part of the Markets and Solutions team and directly reports to the CMO. S/He integrates the global company Skippers team (CEO N-2) as well as the M&S Steerco. S/He is working in collaboration with multiple teams and departments as part of his/her change management role. S/He is deeply accompanying the Head of Marketing & Communications in his/her transformation program and is supported by internal and external change and BPM experts.
