Senior Ux/Ui Designer

Scope

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you are managing the UX/UI team backlog. You are part of a global UX/UI team interacting with different departments of the company, leading us towards a fully design-driven approach. The UX/UI team is in charge of defining all the user interactions with EVS products, services, and global ecosystem. The UX/UI team delivers or contributes to a large variety of services such as User Research and Workshops, Interaction Design, Prototypes, Mockups, etc... The UX/UI team also guarantees consistency between all EVS products for graphic design, interaction, and functionality.

Job Description

As Senior UX/UI team member, you

• Actively communicate with the different stakeholders to refine the different requests.
• Maximize the work of the team by managing the team Backlog.
• Identify team Impediments and make sure they are handled.

As a UX/UI team member, you

• Define user journey mapping, scenarios of use and personas.
• Contribute to and facilitate workshops such as User feedback, Framing / Reframing, Usability test, or Design review workshops.
• Support Solution Managers and Product Owners in new product scoping and definition.
• Build prototypes and functional/non-functional mockups together with the Solution Managers and Product Owners.
• Build UI improvement plans for existing applications.
• Provide visual design guidelines for all EVS products, services, and ecosystems ensuring consistent user’s journey across different solutions.
• Evangelize the delivery teams (R&D, IS, Operations, Third Party) and different products teams for user-centered design/experience aspects.
• Interact with all products and solutions stakeholders (users, clients, Solution Managers, Product Owners, R&D, QC, and Technical Writers).
• Collaborate with user community teams.

Profile

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree and at least 7 years of experience in UX/UI and service design.
• Experience in the video and/or broadcast/media industry is a plus

Technical skills

• Very good knowledge of UX/UI design principles and able to suggest new ideas.
• Expertise in standard UX/UI software such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Zeplin, etc.. is a must.
• UX/UI design certification is a plus.

Soft skills

• Very good communication skills and proven leadership skills.  
• Autonomous, result oriented and strong team player.
• Able to take a high-level view across the complete product line.

Languages :

• Fluent in French
• Working knowledge in English
