Scope
As shipping coordinator, you are responsible for all local and export operations which include managing forwarding agents, shipping lines, haulage, trucking, customs clearance, import & sales tax exemptions, and transportation.
Job Description
As shipping coordinator, you will:

Perform transportation and distribution activities such as importing/exporting, according to business plans and appropriate legislative requirements

Be responsible for multiple lines of transport (air, sea, road, railways)

Control and negotiate permanently the transport prices with the major shipping companies

Follow-up of all shipment issues

Coordinate delivery and planning between production and warehouse

Manage license's code: for sales order but also for all internal request

Support for ERP question raised by foreign offices and internal sales assistants, etc

Implement and manage some processes, tool in cooperation with the IS team

Track of all MER (material expecting in return)

Manage the shipment for big events (WC, EURO, JO, ASIAN GAMES, YOUTH GAMES, etc).

Create internal AX order for HQ team
Profile
-
3 to 5 years of experience as an administrative employee

Knowledge of shipping procedures, practices, custom policies, and available means of transportation

Fluent in French and English
