Job Description

  • Work closely with managers to understand their hiring needs for each role. 
  • Manage the full recruiting workflow across various open roles, helping managers find and hire the best candidates. 
  • Promote EVS’ Employer Branding programs, including developing marketing propositions, nurturing close relationships with universities and schools, and creating attractive visibility in job fairs. 
  • Design job descriptions. 
  • Source and attract candidates through databases and social media. 
  • Conduct interviews. 
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates. 
  • Write job offers and contracts, and handle other administrative tasks. 
  • Ensure an optimal onboarding process for each new colleague. 
  • Work on different projects related to Talent Acquisition topics. 


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Management. 
  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video or in-person). 
  • Familiarity with job boards and IT systems designed specifically for recruitment. 
  • Very good communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and decision-making skills. 
  • Organized and detail-oriented. 
  • Excellent team player. 
  • Open for changes and continuous learning. 
  • Show initiative, curiosity, and communicate well about initiatives. 
  • Share information actively, respond properly, and report on time. 
  • Stress resistance, does not lose control under pressure.

Languages :

  • Fluent in French and in English (mandatory) 
  • Any other language is an asset
