Scope

As Talent and Compensation & Benefits Manager, your role is to support EVS’ organization evolution. In close collaboration with the Chief and Deputy People Officer, you will contribute to implementing the HR development strategy and be involved in a wide range of HR topics such as Reward Strategy, Talent Management, Career Development, Change Management, advice to Managers, HR reporting, etc.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain a compensation and benefits worldwide strategy;
  • Analyze costs and competitive trends to propose and implement new adjustments to the compensation and benefits strategy;
  • Manage and maintain Job Catalogue, Job Descriptions, Jobs Evaluations, and Job Classifications to ensure an accurate view of the organization's needs (current and 1-year view);
  • Implement and manage Performance Management Systems, from objectives setting to the evaluation;
  • Maintain and animate state-of-the-art Talent Management programs designed to enable Team Members to develop their skills progressively;
  • Support the Management in the evaluation process and salary review;
  • Prepare and analyze data to ensure the implementation and use of KPI;
  • Provide support to the Business with data and Team Members’ analytics;
  • Lead HR projects from conception until the operational realization;
  • Translate strategic objectives into operational ones and actively participate in their achievement, is responsible for the operational feasibility as well as for the Team Members’ adoption.

Profile

  • Master’s degree in Management, HR, or equivalent experience;
  • 5 years of experience in Comp&Ben and Project Management;
  • Excellent view on best practices and innovation in the areas mentioned previously in “Job Description”;
  • Ability to work autonomously under the coaching of the CPO and the Deputy CPO;
  • Excellent skills in working with systems and data;
  • Ability to write high-quality reports and high-quality documentation;
  • Strive for excellence;
  • Results-driven attitude and solution-oriented;
  • Collaborative performance mindset;
  • Team player and willing to share best practices;
  • Open to welcoming and supporting change in HR Department;

  • Fluent in French and English;
