Scope

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for working alongside EVS top-level SLA customers to help them succeed with EVS solutions. Through a series of activities, the TAM seeks to guarantee the successful maximization and restoration of technical systems deployed in a customer facility. Through technical account perspective, involvement in project implementations, field support coordination, and customer services to ensure customer success.

Job Description

  • Hands-on, tactical role that requires a broad technical knowledge of EVS & Broadcast workflows and Customer Success Services;
  • Act as the customer's advocate for internal and external escalation paths, determining, communicating, & setting effective goals;
  • The position requires the ability to work in a dynamic, face-paced environment;
  • Prior experience in similar environments is highly desirable and sought after;
  • The position works cross-functionally with all departments to maximize customer satisfaction;
  • This role is a direct customer-facing position that will directly interact with multiple levels of the customer’s organization and in tandem with the EVS customer success teams.

Profile

  • Degree in Broadcast Engineering, TV Production, Audio/Video or equivalent.

Technical Skills:

  • A solid understanding of broadcast production and broadcast technology workflows;
  • Windows Microsoft Office Tool Sets (Office 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, PowerBi);
  • 3+ years of existing EVS Products and Solution knowledge are highly preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills;
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized;
  • Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking;
  • Enthusiastic, driven & personable;
  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to react to problems in a timely, appropriate manner;
  • Ability to effectively provide detailed descriptions of technical data and present them to groups;
  • Ability to travel worldwide, as needed;
  • Analytical and working very accurately and autonomously;

Languages:

  • Fluent in English;
  • Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
