We are looking to expand our R&D team in Gilze, the Netherlands. The team consists of approximately 30 employees with all kinds of competences, hardware-, software- and FPGA developers and system test and you will be part of it.
The R&D team in Gilze is responsible for the development and maintenance of the product lines Synapse and Neuron.
The Neuron platform is our new state-of-the-art high-speed processing board with 100Gb interfaces, 2 FPGA’s and a dual core ARM running Linux used as basis for all our Neuron audio and video processing products, like the convert, protect, compress, bridge but also for audio shuffler and the new multiviewer.
The development processes are based on SAFe, work in agile team, use the latest technologies and our build and test systems are fully automated.

  • The primary task is to create automated tests during our product development
  • Participates in product creation process in an early stage with the focus on QA
  • Delivers QA in all phases
  • Uses test strategies, methods and tools
  • Executes the product tests, reports the results and verifies bug fixes
  • Contributes to the rollout and perfection of continuous integration and delivery
  • Member of a multidisciplinary scrum team
  • Work closely with test engineers in other scrum teams and customer support engineers


  • Bachelor’s degree Technical Computer Science
  • Some experience with automated system testing of embedded systems
  • Background in software development
  • Practical knowledge of Python, pytest and Linux
  • Experience with continuous delivery: setup, maintenance and improvement of test frameworks and environments
  • Experience with Agile development methods like Scrum
  • Experience with QA technology and tools (Jira, Xray, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Nice to have: ISTQB certified, advanced level.

  • Quality driven.
  • Fluent in English
  • Working knowledge of Dutch is an asset
