About the Live Interface
The X-One Live interface appears on your main screen. It centralizes all the tools you need to be able to perform live production switching. It has a layout which is both intuitive and contextual, revealing more or less tools depending on the actions to be performed.
The main areas are indicated on the screenshot below:
Channel on which you can preview a live camera feed or other video source (e.g. replays, imported A/V file, highlights, etc.) with or without graphics in overlay before sending it 'on air'. Depending on how you configured your X-One Client, the PRV channel will either be positioned on the left or right in your Live interface. See section Configuring the Preview and Program Layout.
This field displays the timecode of the live video feeds. The green button to the left enables you to select an earlier timecode on the record train.
This area allows you to select the replay speed. See section How to Select a Speed for the PGM Channel.
This is the 'on air' channel. Depending on how you configured your X-One Client, the PGM channel will either be positioned on the right or left in your Live interface. See section Configuring the Preview and Program Layout.
This area allows you to view the live feeds of the cameras connected to your X-One server. You can load each live camera feed on the PRV and/or PGM channel.
This area groups and allows you to quickly access different types of sources (e.g. graphics, imported A/V files, clips) you can use during your live production and load them on the PGM and PRV channel.
This bar allows you to browse the different replay channels using simple swipe gestures.
This area contains up to 6 transitions. It allows you to select the transition to be applied when switching between two sources on the PGM.
