The Site, together with any other EVS’ website (hereafter collectively or individually referred to as the “Site”) is a service provided by EVS Broadcast Equipment SA, with registered office at 13 rue Bois Saint-Jean, 4102 Seraing, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0452.080.178 (hereafter referred to as “EVS” or “we”). These Terms of Use govern your access and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not access or use the Site, or provide us with any information or content.


This Privacy Policy explains how EVS Broadcast Equipment SA collects, stores, processes, uses and transfers your personal data. We are committed to ensure the protection of your data and your privacy. This data processing is therefore done in compliance with the Belgian Privacy Act of 8 December 1992.
