The MOG e-COMMERCE project successfully achieved the objectives set out in the application, with the implementation of the eight planned functionalities for the online platform: digital marketing, digital catalog, online purchasing, order management, customer support, document management, conversion tools, and responsive design for mobile devices. In terms of website performance, significant improvements were recorded compared to the initial baseline values: overall performance increased from 43% to 73%, and mobile performance from 27% to 42%, as measured by Google Analytics. The website recorded approximately 17,000 visits between October 2022 and October 2023, with the main markets being the United States, Portugal, the United Kingdom, China, and Brazil. Traffic was generated primarily through direct and organic search, supported by 47,200 active backlinks and 121 indexed keywords.
Regarding strategic outcomes, the project enabled MOG to strengthen its digital presence in international markets, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Mangools for SEO optimization, and Dynamics 365 for the internal management of quotations and orders. The digital catalog was structured into eight solution categories, making the offering more accessible and transparent for professional media clients in more than 36 countries, exceeding the KPI established in the application. The implemented digital strategy, based on organic traffic, backlinks, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, laid the foundation for sustained growth of the digital business, supported by a portfolio of internationally recognized clients including Al Jazeera, Disney, FOX, HBO, and BBC.

The MOG eCOMMERCE project aims to provide the company with a digital platform for the electronic commerce of SaaS (Software as a Service) and SaaP (Software as a Product) solutions. Through authenticated access, customers will be able to place their orders directly via the platform.
