Synapse Module Availability for Your Configuration
Synapse continues to support a wide range of media infrastructure workflows around the world. As part of the natural lifecycle of the platform, the availability of certain modules is evolving over time.
A limited number of modules have already reached end of sales, mainly due to component availability and remaining stock levels. If your current system requires additional modules for expansion or spare inventory, we recommend reviewing the list of available modules in the current catalog.
Many Synapse modules remain available and continue to support both system expansions and new configurations.
Please note that end of sales for specific modules does not mean end of support. EVS will continue to provide full service and assistance for Synapse systems according to the defined support lifecycle, ensuring continuity and operational peace of mind for our customers.
