Visual Communication Specialist

Scope

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Visual Communication Specialist to join our marketing team. 

Working closely with the Visual Communications Lead and other marketing functions, you will contribute to the strategy, creation, and management of EVS' marketing and corporate visual communication to strengthen the brand visual identity and support business priorities, ensuring that messages are conveyed efficiently and memorably. 

The ideal candidate combines creativity with strategic thinking and a strong understanding of visual storytelling to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual assets across print and digital media. 

Job Description

• Develop visually engaging marketing materials, including social media graphics, webpage layouts, email templates, presentations, brochures, advertisements, merchandise, and various other branded collaterals. 
• Repurpose visual content across platforms to maximize reach and engagement. 
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate business objectives into impactful visual concepts, from campaign ideation to visual production. 
• Contribute to the promotion and coverage of key company events and tradeshows. 
• Support internal and external corporate communications, including press releases, employer branding, and HR initiatives, with tailored visual materials. 
• Ensure all creative assets comply with brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and maintain visual identity across all touchpoints. 
• Prepare final files for print and digital media, ensuring technical accuracy. 
• Stay current on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies. 

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Communication or Graphic Design 
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in visual communication and graphic design in a creative agency or marketing department 
• Strong understanding of visual communication concepts such as hierarchy, balance, typography, color theory, and layout principles 
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
• Experience in designing for print and digital media. 
• Knowledge of UX/UI design basic principles. 
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams and functions. 
• Strong understanding of marketing objectives and business impact; designs with purpose, not only aesthetics. 
• Proactive and self-driven, comfortable working with autonomy in a lean, fast-paced environment. 
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (daily working language).

If, in addition to this, you have experience in motion design and/or video editing, are familiar with CMS platforms and HTML/CSS coding, you may be the hidden gem we are looking for!
