EVS named Top Employer for second consecutive year

EVS is proud to announce its renewed recognition as a Top Employer® by The Top Employers Institute, a global authority renowned for certifying excellent working conditions. 

This marks the second consecutive year that EVS has received this certification, standing alongside 88 other Belgian employers proudly claiming the title of Top Employer 2024.

Pierre Matelart, EVS’ Chief People Officer, emphasized the continuous efforts and progress required for this achievement: "Being certified as a Top Employer reflects several years of dedicated work. From our inception, we have prioritized placing people at the heart of our organization, ensuring the well-being of our team members , and consequently, the satisfaction of our customers. Our HR strategy is built on a compassionate approach, evolving significantly, particularly in diversity, equity, and inclusion.”

On this topic, Dounia Czorniak, Deputy Chief People Officer and leader of EVS’ ESG strategy, stated: “To maintain elevated standards, we have instituted mandatory basic training for new team members and advanced training for managers. We actively participate in conferences on relevant subjects and conduct anonymous surveys across the company to gather valuable insights. We have dedicated working groups within EVS that focus on specific themes, including cultural aspects and the role of women in the new technologies market. Internally and externally, these groups develop various initiatives, such as organizing conferences in schools to inspire young girls to pursue studies in technology.”
