The Senior Vice President (SVP) Sales North America will drive EVS’s commercial growth strategy across North America, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the sales team. The role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with various departments to align commercial activities with the company’s overall objectives.

Job Description

The Senior Vice President (SVP) Sales North America is responsible for driving commercial activities to support EVS’s growth strategy in North America. This leadership role involves managing a team of sales and pre-sales/sales engineers, developing best commercial practices, and fostering a growth mindset. 


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coaching a team of sales and pre-sales/sales engineers to develop best commercial practices and build a growth mindset.
  • Articulating commercial and marketing strategies in collaboration with various departments (Markets & Solutions, Operations, Finance, HR) to ensure the success of EVS’s growth plan in North America.
  • Organizing regular reporting of sales activities in North America for the EVS leadership team.
  • Building strong relationships with key channel partners in North America and developing growth plans.
  • Attending North American and international trade shows and events.
  • Contributing to the elaboration and consolidation of the yearly 5-year business plan update and the Year+1 budget.
  • Collaborating with the Strategic Key Account Team (out of SVP NA scope) to manage strategic and global accounts in North America.
  • Driving a focused sales team towards achieving sales targets.
  • Actively contributing to the evolution of products and solutions.
  • Traveling as needed to meet clients and support sales development efforts.



  • Graduated in Business, Marketing, Finance, or an equivalent field. A combination of education and relevant experience, particularly in the Broadcast & Media industry, may be considered. 


  • Extensive experience in sales management, key account management, and sales development within mid-to-large size international companies. 


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to inspire and coach a team of sales and pre-sales professionals to develop a growth mindset.
  • Results and growth-oriented individual.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
