The Technical Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of EVS solutions during the project implementation phase, acting as a key point of contact for clients, and facilitating coordination between internal and external stakeholders. This role combines technical expertise with project management capabilities to ensure high-quality system deployment and operational readiness.
Project Management: Oversee project planning, stakeholder communication, budget tracking, and on-site solution validation, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical assistance, manage service requests, perform system upgrades, and train clients and colleagues on the optimal use of EVS products.
