Our mission as a Corporate Digital Transformation Team is to sustain EVS business activities and enable growth by monitoring business processes, managing corporate applications, structuring corporate data and leading key strategic transformation projects.
As an application owner and business analyst for our Customer portal, Via Portal, you play a critical role in achieving EVS’ strategic ambitions.
The portal is a central point of contact for all interactions with EVS customers. It currently enables customers to log in incidents and support requests, follow trainings and find documentation on EVS products and solutions and download EVS products patches and upgrades. Many more modules including an eshop are foreseen to be implemented in the coming months and years.
You will report to the Corporate applications coordinator and work in close collaboration with the other applications owners and the corporate applications architect to ensure coherence of the corporate application landscape usage and adoption.
