The Head of Sales Operations will drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of the sales function to support the global growth of the company. This role is pivotal in optimizing sales processes, enhancing team performance, and ensuring the effective execution of the commercial strategy across various channels and regions.

Job Description

The Head of Sales Operations will play a critical role in shaping and executing our commercial strategy to support global growth. This role involves overseeing all sales operations, including opportunity tracking, pipeline management, order intake, and lead conversion plans for direct and indirect channels.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the definition of the commercial strategy and supporting the global company growth plan.
  • Managing sales operations, including opportunity tracking, pipeline management, order intake, lead conversion plans, and key account plan reviews.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Territory, Strategic Account team, and Markets & Solutions team to define the global sales budget plan.
  • Coordinating the global channel management in collaboration with different territories in charge of channels, including onboarding and offboarding, performance tracking, and centralized information management.
  • Organizing and articulating various global and regional sales reviews, such as kick-offs and Quarterly Business Reviews, as well as other events.
  • Representing the commercial team at the leadership team to share various data points on a regular basis.
  • Supporting the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in defining scalability.
  • Managing and organizing quarterly business reviews with different territories.
  • Ensuring coordination of Sales Operations between the General Sales and Key Strategy Account teams.
  • Traveling as needed to meet customers and support sales development efforts. 



  • Graduated in Business, Finance, or an equivalent field. A combination of education and relevant experience, particularly in the Broadcast & Media industry, may be considered. 


  • Significant experience in sales management, key account management, and sales operations within mid-to-large size international companies. 


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Great analytical and learning capabilities.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with a practical mindset.
  • Results and growth-oriented individual.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and support sales development efforts.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
