We are currently looking for an ambitious individual to join our team and help us grow our business in the Asia Pacific region.  

As a Sales Representative, you will be based in Hong Kong and will offer support to Sales Managers and channel partners across the Asia Pacific region. This is an entry-level position in which you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of a sales & marketing strategy for the territory, engaging with customers to understand their business needs and to sell EVS’ products. 

Job Description

  • Under the guidance of senior members of the sales team, help to drive sales within the Television/Broadcast Services and Production markets.
  • Manage existing customers, as well as assist in the identification and development of new accounts with a view to growing the sales revenue outside the existing pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various key stakeholders, both within and outside the company.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the products and solutions provided by EVS and learn to communicate that information in an effective manner to prospective customers.
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations and workflow discussions.
  • Take a consultant style approach with customers to help design and build more efficient and reliable workflows, and to create strong relationships.
  • Create organized customer quotes, conceptual workflow drawings and sales presentations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and strategies for the Asia Pacific region.
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products and differentiate them from the competition.
  • Attend trade shows, conventions, and workshops.
  • Create regular meeting reports and sales forecast updates with detailed client information.
  • Ensure that customers are highly satisfied with the solutions that are provided.
  • Assist other member of the sales team with the management of internal sales processes and procedures.
  • Ensure that sales figures meet the stated objectives defined by regional VP of Sales


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media or Technology 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, with demonstrable experience in a goal-oriented, highly accountable environment highly preferred.
  • A strong and demonstrable interest in technology.
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and value accountability.
  • Possess excellent verbal, written communication skills. 
  • Excellent time management, organizational and presentation skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated and driven by results.
  • Willingness to travel, as required. 
  • Experience with CRM systems is valued, but not essential. 
  • Knowledge of broadcast and/or content creation systems and workflows would be very beneficial.

Languages :

  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of an Asian language is an asset
