Scope

As an Inside Sales, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global sales team through a variety of internal sales activities. Acting as a key partner to our field sales force, your mission is to boost sales efficiency and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will span from quote preparation and CRM maintenance to customer support, outreach, and lead qualification. 

Job Description

Inside Sales 

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes to support the sales team. 
  • Engage directly with customers to assist in closing deals. 
  • Create offers for recurring business opportunities. 
  • Conduct sales analysis and prepare insightful reports. 

CRM 

  • Ensure the CRM system (D365) is consistently updated with high-quality data on contacts, accounts, and opportunities with your Sales colleagues. 

Customer relationship 

  • Maintain direct communication with customers to deliver exceptional service. 
  • Manage code reminders within the sales scope. 
  • Track and follow up on Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 
  • Coordinate the return of expected materials (MER) with customers and sales colleagues. 

Support of commercial campaigns 

  • Drive specific commercial campaigns including pro-active outreach to potential prospects. 

Lead Management 

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of interested leads and coordinate the next steps with sales executives. 
  • Initiate contact and qualify potential customers to uncover new business opportunities. 

Profile

  • 5 years of experience in administration, corporate position, customer contact, ... 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or at least 3 years of experience. 

Soft skills: 

  • Excellent communication and active listening abilities. 
  • Sales spirit & Customer-oriented approach 
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while being an active member of a team. 
  • Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable to change. 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Technical skills:  

  • Knowledge CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (a plus). 
  • At ease with IT tools in general 
  • Background in technical or broadcast environments is an asset. 

Languages 

  • Fluent in English 
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus
