Neuron Basic Technical Training

The course aims to give a detailed description of the Neuron platform and its different products that can be integrated in the customer's infrastructure. It will also provide all information needed to enable the engineer to perform an installation/upgrade and configuration of the solutions’ components in the framework of the customer’s setup. And finally describe all tools that will enable the engineer to monitor, perform basic troubleshooting on the solution and report relevant information to the EVS technical support teams

A good understanding of computer systems and network principles is required including IP Basics and Live IP Standards and Terminology.
