Scope

As Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating EVS products and solutions evangelization within Channel Partners Teams, and for cultivating and maintaining close relationships with them, with a special focus on System Integrators (SI) and value-added resellers (VAR). You will deal with complex products and solutions that require top level client relationship skills, and you will emphasize long-lasting relationships strategies such as training, co-marketing, business planning, etc.

Job Description

  • Manage commercial relationship with new and existing Systems Integrators (SI) and Value Added Resellers (VAR), together with local sales territory managers.
  • Identify and develop new channel accounts with a view to growing the sales revenue outside the existing pipeline.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the partner accounts: staff, responsibilities, budgeting, internal processes, products, services offered, and markets covered (etc.)
  • Communicate essential products and solutions knowledge to partners to facilitate sales.
  • Promote EVS Channel Partner Program features / processes.
  • Arrange technical product demonstrations and discussions supported by EVS Sales, SOLAR and Product teams.
  • Work to develop, contribute and implement channel business plans and strategies.
  • Attend EVS and Channel Partner tradeshows, conventions, and workshops.
  • Maintain regular meeting reports and sales forecast updates with detailed partner information.
  • Meet the objectives as defined by VP.
  • Execute the global channel strategy in the territory in collaboration with the Global VP Channels, regional SVP and local Territory Managers.​​

Profile

  • Proven experience in the Broadcast and Media industry
  • A minimum of 2 years experience of managing business with System Integrators and Value Added Resellers
  • Experience in direct sales, selling complex technical solutions

Technical skills: 

  • Customer focused.
  • Strong track record in selling complex technical solutions.
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Strong computer skills including CRM, Visio, Office 365

  • Autonomous with a high degree of flexibility
  • Ability to think ‘outside of the box’ and be creative.
  • Excellent communicator/negotiator with solid presentation skills
