This month, alongside the usual range of updates to functions and usability, we introduce:
ASSET MANAGEMENT
MediaCeption Signature
In Asset Management news, we are delighted to highlight MediaCeption Signature, our complete end-to-end live production asset management (PAM) solution.
The web-based user interfaces of the solution and advanced proxy file management empower users to instantly access content from any location they choose for remote, multi-site contribution.
Updates here include a new sync mechanism for IPD-VIA user rights, and the ability to ingest, record and import directly to/from an IPDirector nearline from IPD-VIA.
IPDirector & IPWeb
In the latest version of IPDirector, there’s a new integration with the Blackbird video editing application, further streamlining the content management and creation process.
There are also important usability updates to IPWeb, including the ability to drag and drop multiple files directly into Bins, and the implementation of logsheet colour coding.
PRODUCTION SERVERS
LiveIP
In Production Servers news, LiveIP improvements include the option to echo incoming audio streams to an outgoing monitoring flow.
It’s now also possible to have two different SLSM speeds running simultaneously in an XT-VIA configuration.
There are also a range of new I/O configurations available for EVS servers, a new RAID configuration and a host of other workflow and usability upgrades.
